MMA is Mixed-Martial Arts, and I'm a huge fan of it. The leader of MMA fighting is the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), and tonight was UFC 69.
Tonight featured the biggest upset in UFC history as Matt Serra knocked out UFC Welterweight Champion George St. Pierre. Matt Serra at 5'6, 170lbs fought St. Pierre (the champ...before tonight's loss) who is 5'10, 170lbs. No one gave Serra a chance against St. Pierre, but Serra proved that in the MMA game, the fight is decided in the ring/octogon. Major respect to Serra for believing in himself when no one else did.

I actually got to see Gracie fight at the UFC Championship at Staples Center last summer. I have so much respect for his mastery of martial arts skill. It was dissapointing that he lost but it was good to see him pass on his title to a younger generation of fighters
